The rotors: highest precision.

Depending on your individual shredding needs, we offer you two different rotor systems. Both rotor types are avail­able in variable diameters and widths.

  • Point-blade rotor: precise cutting ensures high throughput and long-life shredding of difficult materials like big bags, filaments and agricultural foil. Patented Monofix system for fast and easy blade replacement.
  • Square-blade rotor: maximum power with minimum drive power and low rotational speed. Optimal material infeed with no bridging or jamming.

The SmoothControl pusher system: well-aimed power.

The innovative pneumatic pusher ensures an absolutely smooth and perfectly regulated material feed. Optional: a second pusher system can be activated for optimised intake of blow moulding units and bulky waste materials.

The screen construction: faster access.

The all-new modular construction enables significantly faster screen changing and makes maintenance and cleaning jobs easier.

Operation and safety: complete control.

Perfectly-engineered details such as a second control panel on the machine or limit switches in all relevant areas ensure maximal safety and optimal operation convenience.
