FLAKE PURIFIER N
Special plastic separators are material identification systems for the identification of types of plastics that remove unwanted plastics from bulk material automatically. It is also possible to sort varieties of plastics.
Product description
The FLAKE PURIFIER N is a contamination separation system, developed to sort PET flakes and used to separate different types of plastics. PET flakes can now be separated from PVC flakes or organic material such as PLA (previously known to lower the quality of the recycling material dramatically or making high quality recycling impossible).
The FLAKE PURIFIER series is based on a modular concept in which up to three sensors can be combined. In addition to contamination detection, the FLAKE PURIFIER can also perform colour separation and metal separation.
